These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the quick-map Slack app (“the App”) developed by SPARKGEO CONSULTING INC. that provides map images via the /quick-map slash command. By installing, using, or interacting with the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of the App
The App enables users to generate and display static map images within Slack using a custom slash command. It retrieves map imagery based on user input (e.g., coordinates or place name).
Use of the App
You must have the appropriate permissions within your Slack workspace to install and use third-party apps.
You are solely responsible for the content submitted through the App and the commands issued by users.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Attribution
Relevant attribution is automatically included in map images, as required, and must not be removed or obscured.
Data Collection and Privacy
The App may log usage metadata such as command parameters, timestamps, and user or channel IDs for analytics and debugging purposes. No personal Slack content or messages are stored beyond what is required to process the command.
No data is shared with third parties.
By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of limited operational data as described.

Service Limitations
The App is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice, including for maintenance, updates, or abuse prevention.
Rate limits may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPARKGEO CONSULTING INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.table means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
