Dave is an experienced Geospatial developer who has been working in the field for the past 4 years after completing a Masters in GIS. He has a varied work background including but not limited to: mechanical engineering, social care and theatrical sound and lighting.
Dave was one of the first members of the team at Sparkgeo UK, joining us in 2021 after 2 and a half years at Geo Smart Decisions as a Spatial Data Analyst. He has a keen interest in building and optimising cloud based processes and tooling for managing and analysing large spatial datasets.
In his spare time Dave enjoys running, wild swimming and walking his Cockapoo Max. Dave is no stranger to van life and regularly goes camping. This year he is challenging himself to knit a hat. You can probably find Dave getting soaked somewhere on the cold Welsh coastline.
