Although Kaela is currently working remotely, from Edmonton she misses being surrounded by the creative minds at Sparkgeo. However, she appreciates the opportunity to continue learning and being challenged to deliver creative solutions. Kaela is particularly drawn to projects that involve creative problem-solving and an element of design. She finds it rewarding to take messy data and turn it into something understandable and aesthetically pleasing.

When she’s not working on geospatial projects, Kaela enjoys going on adventures and exploring Canada with her family. They also love indulging in ice cream.
